  5.                                THE ELLIPSE TOOL

  7.     KEYBOARD EQUIVALENT:  e/E

  9.     Using the ELLIPSE tool can sometimes be tricky.  The easiest way
  10.     to create an ellipse is to do it in 2 stages.
  11.  
  12.     1. Decide where you would like the center of your ELLIPSE to be.
  13.     Find your desired position on the screen, PRESS & RELEASE the LMB. This
  14.     will set the point. Moving the mouse (You shouldn't be holding down any
  15.     buttons) will allow you to size the ellipse to whatever dimensions you
  16.     like.

  18.     2. Once you are satisfied with the shape of the ELLIPSE you then have the 
  19.     choice of PRESSING the LMB to draw it on the screen in the current shape.
